1. Price -The price is in USD and will based on FOB or CIF. Price can be negotiated for larger order quantities /wholesale order quantities.

2. Extra Charge- 50% charge will be charged for first photo samples, and 25% Extra will be charged for small quantity bellow 15 pc

3.Tolerance: -  ±5% variation will be acceptable in the size, weight, colors, etc. due to hand made nature products

4.Shipment- the shipments of our orders are done by any method requested by our customers. If not specified by customers merchandise by air through international couriers, preferably by DHL UPS or by other air cargo such as Lufthansa, Austrian --Thai Airways etc(whichever is convenient and economical as per the buyers destination) it usually takes 4-7 days to reach any destination.

Some time Shipment may be late few days due to any national or International problems e.g. transporter’s strike or not supply of raw materials in time

5. Min order – min order 15 pieces each design and 5 pc each colors

6. Wholesale order - wholesale order should be min 100 pcs and 25 pcs each color

7. Sample lead time 3-4 week or depends on the sample order quantity or negotiated by both parties after confirmation of sample order & payment.

8. Order  lead time – 4 to 6 week or depends on the bulk order quantity or negotiated by both parties.

9. Payment terms - For small order value below USD$. 10000.00 – 100% advance by TT and for larger order value above USD$. 10000.00, 50% Advance payment is required to confirm the order rest 50% should be paid when goods ready but before shipping

Returns and refund policy

We are more than happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price minus the postage fees, if the following conditions are met:

• 1. If the product is damaged, or there is a manufacturing defect.
• 2. You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and advise us by email at [email protected], if you wish to return the goods.
• 3. The goods are returned and reach us within 7 days of making the purchase.
• 4. The product has not been damaged, altered, torn, washed or the tags are removed. The items returned should be in brand new condition, with the original packaging still intact.
• 5. The buyer should not have issues with the colour or the handmade quality of our products. The full product description is indicated on the site, so we are not responsible for any discrepancies with the weave and dye colors.
• 6. Once received we will advise you by email. If the goods are deemed refundable, please allow up to 14 days for your credit to be processed. Or send you replacement as soon as possible

Non-returnable items and Policy:

• 1. Item is not in it’s original condition or packaging
• 2. Gift cards
• 3. Under garments, socks, earrings, Face Masks
• 4. Item returned without prior approvals, we will send the garment back to you, any further courier fees will be charged and deducted from any refund if any.
